Can I try DoesItDefend before paying?+
Yes — the Free plan gives you 150 runs/month against a single target, with the OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK coverage views. No credit card required. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
What happens if I exceed my monthly runs?+
We notify you at 80% and 100% usage. After 100% on Free or Starter, new runs return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header pointing to your reset date — your earlier runs and evidence remain accessible. Upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?+
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the new tier against your current cycle. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current cycle so you keep what you already paid for. No long-term contracts on self-serve plans.
Do you offer refunds?+
7-day full refund on any first payment. After that, we issue prorated refunds for unused time on yearly plans if you cancel due to a service issue we cannot fix within 30 days. Enterprise contracts have their own refund clauses.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards via Stripe (USD and BRL). Brazilian customers can pay in R$ at PPP-adjusted prices. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice (NET 30) — contact sales to set it up.
